About The Scanitruk Company
Our journey began in mid-2019 on the rain-slicked motorways of the United Kingdom. Founded by TurtleGlo, Scanitruk Logistics started with a single Scania, a handful of drivers, and a simple love for the virtual open road. Operating out of Manchester, we carved out a name for ourselves across Northwest Europe and Scandinavia, proudly clocking our first 100,000 miles as a tight-knit crew.
As the real world shifted and the post-pandemic landscape required more of our attention, Scanitruk’s fleet operations were temporarily placed in “strategic hibernation.” While the trucks were parked, the passion for the industry never left.
A few years later, that spark reignited across the Atlantic. Re-emerging as Wichita Way Transport in the heart of Texas, we traded cab-overs for long-noses and added another quarter-million miles to our legacy. Today, we have come full circle. By merging our operations into The Scanitruk Company, we’ve united our heritage in Manchester with our home in Wichita Falls. We aren’t just a VTC; we are a global community that knows exactly where we’ve been and exactly where we’re going.

Our vision is to maintain a “boutique” VTC experience. By focusing on the quality of our community rather than the size of our roster, we ensure that our management never becomes overwhelmed and our drivers never feel like just another number on a spreadsheet. We are building a sustainable, long-term home where the quality of the experience defines our success.
