We collect information necessary to manage our virtual trucking operations and maintain a fair role-play environment.
- Identity Data: Name or gamertag, Discord username, and Trucky Hub username.
- Contact Data: Email address (if you register for our driver-specific website area).
- Administrative Data: Driver applications, promotion history, and infraction/case files.
- Technical Data: Information automatically collected by our third-party partners (Trucky and Discord) as outlined in their respective policies.
Note on Passwords: If you register for our WordPress-based driver portal, your password is encrypted and managed by the WordPress system. Administrators of The Scanitruk Company cannot see or access your password.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly for “Legitimate Interests” as defined by the GDPR, specifically:
- Managing driver applications and recruitment.
- Tracking in-game progress and mileage via Trucky Hub.
- Facilitating community communication via Discord.
- Maintaining internal records for promotions, awards, or disciplinary actions.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
3. Third-Party Services
Our operations rely on third-party platforms. These services have their own privacy policies which we do not control:

- WordPress: Used for our website infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
We retain internal administrative files (infractions, promotions, and driver history) for a minimum of five (5) years to maintain the integrity of our company’s historical records.
- Data stored on Discord or Trucky Hub is subject to the retention policies of those specific platforms.
- If you leave the company, you may request that your email and account on our WordPress site be deleted.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & UK Privacy Law)
Regardless of where you live, we strive to provide the protections afforded by the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act:
- The Right to Access: You can ask for a copy of the administrative data we hold about you.
- The Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
